• UK only, within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging
• You pay return postage: £5.99 (single item) or £7.99 (multiple items)
• Store credit issued for item cost minus discounts and return postage

• Package deal apparel (can be exchanged for correct size only)

FTM Gear & Non-Apparel Items

NOT returnable or exchangeable:
Packers, STPs, binders, dildos, vibrators, plugs, lubricants, cleaners, oils, storage, stabilizers, accessories, etc.

Why? Health and safety regulations. Even unused items cannot be returned.

Please review product dimensions carefully before purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Contact us within 24 hours if:

• Item arrived damaged or broken
• Wrong item shipped
• Order incomplete

Include: Order number, photos/video of damage, description of issue

We'll send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement.

Order Changes

We'll do our best, but can't guarantee changes once orders are placed.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed (noted at checkout). Items ship from the USA with all duties and taxes paid for you—no additional costs at delivery.

Your Options:

Option 1: Refuse unopened package at delivery

• Refund issued within 5 business days
• Minus 30% restocking fee + postage and duties costs

Option 2: Refuse unopened package, choose store credit instead

• Full amount minus postage fees

Package must be unopened. "Returned to Sender" ≠ "Refused" and won't qualify.
