Shipping policy

We're offline on weekends and holidays. Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, with delivery completed within 15 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has shipped locally, you'll receive a tracking email — please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

A few things to note:

• Packaging: All orders are shipped discreetly. The sender name will appear as "Distribution Facility" or "Fulfillment Center."
• Billing: Your credit card statement will reference "FT SHOP."
• Delivery times may vary by location, as we work with multiple fulfillment partners across the UK, USA, and Canada.
• Order changes may not be possible once an order has been imported to your local distribution center for processing.
