To Use without Remote: Press and hold the power button on Heartbeat for 3 seconds. The power button will illuminate. Press the power button to cycle through the available speeds. To turn Heartbeat off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the light turns off.
To Use with Remote: Press and hold the power button on the remote for 3 seconds until the remote light illuminates. Then press and hold the power button on Heartbeat for 3 seconds. The power button will illuminate. Use the button opposite the remote’s power button to cycle through the available speeds.
To stop Heartbeat using the remote, press and hold the remote power button for 3 seconds until the remote light turns off. To conserve battery power, also turn off Heartbeat by pressing and holding its power button for 3 seconds until the light turns off.
